  13 Running mozbot on windows is officially unsupported, and does not
  14 work at all when using ActiveState Perl, as it does not support
  15 forking which mozbot uses extensively.

  17 However, mozbot runs successfully on Windows with Cygwin Perl. Tested
  18 on Microsoft Windows XP and Windows Server 2003, Perl 5.8.4 and higher,
  19 including 5.10. Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 may also work, but
  20 have not been tested, you're on your own.

  22 Once you have Cygwin (http://www.cygwin.com) installed with the Perl
  23 package, follow the instructions in the INSTALL file. You will need
  24 to use CPAN and install the required modules for mozbot to work
  25 properly.
